Method

Together, we will explore your challenges. What obstacles are you facing? We will focus on situations you repeatedly encounter, whether you consciously create them or not. The fact that they keep reoccurring indicates there’s room for improvement – and that improvement lies in feeling better. You’ll learn to see things differently and, more importantly, to experience them differently. Even a powerful past experience that continues to haunt you can be resolved.

A New Brain Through Life Coaching

During the coaching process, your brain changes: you create new neural pathways that support your life while old pathways that no longer serve you gradually fade away. You will also consciously activate your parasympathetic nervous system more often. As a result, you will experience more peace and joy in your daily life. Your decisions will come from your heart rather than from intense emotions. And just as importantly, your body will have more opportunity to heal and carry out other tasks that are put on hold during times of stress.

The Right Tools

In our life coaching sessions, I use a variety of tools. These include elements of Gestalt therapy, the steps of Stettbacher, a touch of PRI therapy, and dream work. This allows me to tailor the right combination just for you. Although I’ve slightly adapted the steps of Stettbacher, the original method is a powerful tool to work with!
